Many researches have showed that the mechanical properties of al2o3 - matrix ceramics in which ti ( c , n ) , tic or tin was dispersed could be improved a lot , which might be widely used in the field of machining . al2o3 - matrixed ceramics were fabricated by gas pressure sintering ( gps ) and gps with post - hip based on current techniques in this experiment . for al2o3 - ticn composite ceramics , the densitification process was controlled by the mechanism of solid phase sintering . 大量研究表明:采用ti ( c , n ) 、 tic或tin作為第二相彌散顆粒所制備的氧化鋁基復(fù)相陶瓷相對(duì)al _ 2o _ 3單相陶瓷而言,性能有了顯著的提高這類復(fù)相陶瓷性能優(yōu)良,在機(jī)械加工領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用氣壓燒結(jié)( gps )以及gps結(jié)合熱等靜壓( hip )后處理兩種工藝制備氧化鋁基復(fù)相陶瓷。
